Challenges Help Us Grow

This has been a year of change and growth for me.

I can say, for sure, that I have never been a fan of change.

I could say that it was the pandemic that thrust change upon me.

The truth is, it was time.

"When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not ready. The challenge will not wait."

- Paulo Coelho.

After almost a year of planning, I stand on the threshold of launching my first paid course, Sacred Relationship Masterplan.

I look back on the challenges along the way and how those challenges became growth opportunities.

Here are a few things I am learning about myself at a deeper level as I challenge myself to do new things and get outside of my comfort zone.

1. Anything worth having is going to challenge me.

I have spent a great deal of time coasting along. I have built my business, adjusted to working from home, and mainly been doing just that. When I look back at it, I realize that I did it for comfort, but mostly, I avoid change, like the plague.

Then as I was minding my business, coasting along, an idea of building a course hit me like a lightning bolt. This idea wouldn't go away, and I couldn't stop thinking about it. I felt compelled to pursue it. Course creating has absolutely challenged me to grow and get outside of my comfort zone.

I've had to invest time, energy, and resources to make it happen. I've had the opportunity to get support from so many people. It's stretched me to ask for what I desire and lean into my community for encouragement and accountability.

2. I get to shift to match the vision.

For us to manifest a vision, we must match the energy of that vision. For example, we can't expect to grow rich and still hold on to beliefs and actions based on lack and scarcity. We get to shift our scarcity-based mindset to create abundance and affluence.

The idea of creating a course has challenged me to let go of old, outdated ideas of who I am and what I'm capable of accomplishing. It's challenged me to come out of hiding and be seen, really seen.

There may be things you want to accomplish in your life, but you are creating blocks in your mind and energy that are stopping you from going for it in a big way.

Do it anyway.

Do it scared.

I encourage you to be uncomfortable and shift limiting ideas you hold about yourself as you take steps towards accomplishing your goal.

3. I am loved by the Source of Love.

Knowing that I am loved by the Source of Love gives me the confidence to do any good thing. I call this Source of Love. God. I know that I am supported by This Love. The greatest Love there is.

In this Love:

I can face my greatest fears.

I can overcome any challenge.

I can ask for what I need, believe it, and receive it.

In this knowing, I find peace and the strength to face my greatest fear.

As I write this message today, I find myself filled with joy, peace, and confidence I've never felt before. I am beyond grateful and excited for what the future brings.

All My Love,

Danielle ❤️

P.S. I will be doing a Free Live Masterclass called Finally Revealed: Three Steps to Creating Sacred Relationships From The Inside Out. You can choose a day and time that works best for you here. Consider this your invitation to join. I'd love to see you there!
